Workers' Compensation Case Management Specialist

Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a key role in injury management and supporting the recovery of injured workers. In this fast-paced role, you’ll handle calls, provide expert guidance, and deliver exceptional customer service while working with diverse stakeholders.
We’re looking for individuals with energy, empathy, and resilience who thrive in customer-focused environments. Workers’ compensation experience is essential, along with strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency with multiple systems. Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid work model and options for part-time arrangements. This is a permanent full-time role based in Boorloo (Perth).
What You’ll Do
- Manage workers’ compensation claims from lodgement through to resolution.
- Support injured workers with tailored injury management and return-to-work plans.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to employers, workers, and other stakeholders.
- Handle a high volume of phone enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and navigate multiple systems to ensure compliance.
