Workers Compensation Claims Advisor

Overview

Zurich is looking for an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Advisor to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of complex workers’ compensation claims from inception to settlement, working closely with injured workers, employers, brokers, legal vendors, and regulators to deliver timely, cost‑effective and sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes. You will set and review reserves, develop case strategies and evaluations, escalate issues when needed, and ensure all claims activities meet Zurich and WorkCover governance, legislative, and quality assurance requirements. You will also lead engagement with legal partners, represent Zurich at resolution meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement and strategic priorities across the team.
