Workers' Compensation Supervisor


Job Summary


Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workers' Compensation Supervisor to join a team. This is a permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement, offering an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in workers' compensation and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in the field, along with SIP certification and expertise in handling 4850 claims.


Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $110,000 - $115,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the workers' compensation team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

  • Handle complex claims, including those involving 4850 benefits, and ensure timely and accurate resolution.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address claims-related issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Prepare and present reports on claims activity, trends, and outcomes to senior management.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve claims management processes and outcomes.
  • Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management.

  • SIP certification is required.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with 4850 claims.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
