Workers' Compensation Supervisor
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workers' Compensation Supervisor to join a team. This is a permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement, offering an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in workers' compensation and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in the field, along with SIP certification and expertise in handling 4850 claims.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $110,000 - $115,000 annually (depending on experience) Responsibilities
Oversee and manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Provide leadership and guidance to the workers' compensation team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.Handle complex claims, including those involving 4850 benefits, and ensure timely and accurate resolution.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address claims-related issues and provide effective solutions.Prepare and present reports on claims activity, trends, and outcomes to senior management.Develop and implement strategies to improve claims management processes and outcomes. Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management.SIP certification is required.In-depth knowledge and experience with 4850 claims.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. #LI-JJ1
