Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workflow Automation & AI Specialist to take charge of essential automation projects and AI-driven processes for our growing staffing agency in Israel. In this role, you will be involved in migrating data, managing automations, and developing advanced AI systems to optimize the way the agency operates at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Migrate time tracking data from Google Sheets to Airtable and ensure seamless data syncing
  • Build and optimize automated workflows in Make.com for smooth operations
  • Develop an AI-powered candidate matching system using Supabase
  • Create and implement data syncing processes between Google Sheets and Airtable
  • Build email automation workflows to communicate with candidates
