Workforce Analyst

The role of the Scheduler is to focus on ensuring excellence of service quality across medical, operational and security assistance services delivered through our Regional Assistance Centers to enable the highest possible outcome in all cases. This role ensures the careful and deliberate coordination of personnel scheduling 24 hours 365 days a year across the medical, operations and security functions across the Mexico City, Philadelphia, Singapore Follow-the-Sun, and remote work locations.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Schedule staffing at optimal levels
• Attendance Occurrence Management on target
• Schedule release on time (preferably two or three months in advance), and compliant with the Business Rules
• Timecards reviewed and completed within the scheduled deadline
• Time off requests reviewed and responded to staff in a timely fashion
