Overview

Ensure operation is working following planning and scheduling, as efficiently as possible with real-time monitoring of key metrics. Generating action plans and necessary changes that are required to achieve contractual metrics. In addition to communicating information in real time to operation and documenting any type of incident.

Responsibilities

  • Permanent tracking, monitoring, alerting operation about discrepancies, deviations with respect to what was planned (volume, assumptions, etc.).
  •  Permanent reviewing information accuracy.
  • Communicate to operation leaders and clients on specific topics what is happening in real time as needed, guaranteeing prompt response, and acknowledging request.
  • Proactively Inform and follow up any technological problems that may arise in the operation and leave it reflected in the incident log.
