Overview
The purpose of this role is to lead and drive improvements in workforce planning, structural management, and management information use. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent and integrated workforce management processes and tools are in place, enabling timely decision-making and visibility of demand. Additionally, the role includes providing expert analysis, insights, and recommendations to enhance operational workforce planning, address challenges, and improve performance.
