What You Will Do

• The Workforce Analytics Consultant is responsible for the development and delivery of workforce analytics, scorecards/dashboards or reports to assist the organization with decisions regarding human capital management. This position is responsible for delivering data, both real-time as well as forecasted data that will assist with workforce planning and driving business outcomes by using data to influence decisions.
