Workforce Analytics Consultant

What You Will Do

• The Workforce Analytics Consultant is responsible for the development and delivery of workforce analytics, scorecards/dashboards, or reports to assist the organization with decisions regarding human capital management. This position is responsible for delivering data, both real-time as well as forecasted data that will assist with workforce planning and driving business outcomes by using data to influence decisions. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in order to be successful in this position.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in an analytical role.
• Strong experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with data analysis, data visualization, forecasting and modeling.
