As our Workforce Coordinator within the Venue Operations Team, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth operations — planning rosters, supporting our casual operations workforce and ensuring every event runs seamlessly. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for our team bringing energy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills to every interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and induct new casual team members.

Build and maintain rosters that meet dynamic event requirements.

Monitor staffing levels and fill gaps fast to keep operations seamless.

Support performance management and compliance with workplace standards.

Be the go-to person for casual staff queries, keeping engagement high and issues resolved quickly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in workforce planning, rostering, or scheduling high volume teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Confidence using rostering software and HR systems.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach and flexibility to work event days.
  • Great communication skills and a passion for people.

The Fine Print

  • Out‑of‑hours work is a requirement of this role in line with the business's operational needs, including working days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Applicants 18 & over will be required to successfully obtain a DHS Working with Children's Check within the first two months of employment.
  • To be eligible to apply you must be legally permitted to work in Australia.
