Workfoce Analyst Coordinator
Main Responsabilities:
- Forecast future contacts, Transactions ( Daily, weekly, yearly)
- Run Staffing plannings for Operations, Care, Compliance and Finance ops Ria and XE
- keep comunication with stakeholders
- Build and improve powerbi Dashboards
- Qualifications
*Strong Matehematical and stadistical knogledge
*Strong but not required knowledwe of Lean Metholodogies
*PowerBi required**
*Phyton ( preferable )
