Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Training Need Analysis: Identify gaps in training/expectations of associates and leaders and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement training and development opportunities.

  • Communicate regularly with Leaders from Assigned Areas to Gather Training Needs and Report on Training Initiatives
  • Facilitate periodic reviews to validate list of training needs for processes and equipment

    • Training Delivery: Responsible for timely delivery of skill based, technical and developmental training / certification to support manufacturing and engineering needs of the organization using contemporary methods of training – On-the-Job/ Hands-on, Instructor led, e-learn.

  • Ensure world class facilitation and curriculum delivery. 

    • Training Compliance: Ensure zero overdue and zero SOP violations in manufacturing certification procedure.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing trainers to ensure their alignment with buddy and manufacturing associates (Manufacturing Operators)

    • Training Content / Curriculum Development: Create On-The-Job Training (OJT) Curricula, Learning Items, And Resources to Support Team Member Training of Assigned Work Tasks utilizing Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Maintain OJT Resources to Ensure Content Is Accurate and Effective – Training Plans, Curricula, Learning Items, Primary and Supplemental Resources, Certification Objectives, Assessments
  • Work With Subject Matter Experts to Develop and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures And Work Instructions
  • Identify, create and facilitate material for class and/or eLearning for various levels of organization.

    • Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Extract And Categorize Data For Visualization
  • Develop Graphs And Charts For Metrics Reporting
  • Create, Publish and Refresh Reports on an agreed-Upon Cadence by Site Leaders.



    • Audit Compliance & Training Records/ Evidence:

  • Compliance to ISO, IATF, RBA standards and Customer Requirements.
  • Face and facilitate internal and external audits / GAP assessments
