Responsibilities

: Pension Liability Analysis - Manage all aspects of Pension data including project management of partial withdrawal mitigation and partial withdrawal scenario planning. - Maintain core Pension metrics – allocation tool, cbu history, highest contribution levels, 20-year cap calculator, and no-fly zone risk targets. - Maintains and updates the core analysis and presentation used for the senior Audit Committee deck (C-Level) for Pension strategy formulation - Curate withdrawal liability analysis, multi-phased/contract situational analysis, and avoidance modeling Labor Cost Modeling - Manage labor costing models – accurate creation, completion, and archiving for all contracts. - Prepare and monitor Negotiations Budget tool, loading all settlements and gauging performance to pre-established goals - Identify areas of optimization and expand the usefulness of the model.
