Workforce Management Lead

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, and Data Analysis to join our IT division. In this role, your analytical and organizational expertise will be the driving force behind our operational success. You will help drive continuous improvement through effective processes, identifying current and future skills gaps while producing high-level insights and reporting that enable the IT business to achieve its goals and maintain optimum performance.

You will act as a vital liaison between project demand and resource supply, nurturing trusting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders in a primarily virtual environment.
