About the Role

We are seeking a sharp and analytical Workforce Management Scheduler to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring optimal staffing and schedule alignment across operations, while maintaining compliance with labor policies and internal standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and refine employee schedules using WFM tools such as NICE IEX
  • Calculate staffing requirements based on forecasts and capacity plans
  • Process time-off and activity requests in accordance with company guidelines
  • Ensure scheduling compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Collaborate closely with operations and intraday teams to manage schedule changes
  • Identify and implement improvements to scheduling processes

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in scheduling and workforce planning within a contact center or similar environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and WFM systems (preferably NICE IEX)
  • Solid understanding of COPC standards and end-to-end WFM processes
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
