The candidate should be comfortable working with senior leadership, delivery teams, sales, and HR to ensure optimal staffing aligned to business goals.

Resource Planning & Allocation
- Own short-term and long-term resource planning across projects, programs, and accounts
- Align demand forecasts with available capacity and hiring plans
