Experienced and strategic Workforce Management (WFM) Manager to join our growing Language Service Provider (LSP) organization. This role will play a critical part in optimizing workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across a multilingual, multi-location support model. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in restructuring operations, launching new departments, and building workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning & Forecasting : Develop short- and long-term forecasts based on client demand, historical trends, and volume projections across multiple service lines (interpreting, translation, localization).
