Job Description

The Workforce Manager is responsible for strategic planning, oversight, and optimization of workforce operations across multiple sites or clinics. This role ensures adequate staffing levels, efficient deployment, and operational excellence while maintaining compliance and improving employee experience. The Workforce Manager works closely with Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and business leaders to align workforce supply with organizational demand.

  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet current and future staffing requirements across clinics, departments, or locations.

  • Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends, gaps, and risks; provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
