About the Role
A Vendor Management & Budget Control Specialist within the Customer Service department based in Airoli , you will be responsible for managing external suppliers and service providers while ensuring financial discipline across multiple service units, including the CDC, GRD, Email Teams, and Loan Centres . This role involves overseeing the entire vendor lifecycle and business budget control processesranging from supplier selection and performance monitoring to relationship management, cost optimization, expense tracking, and internal financial reporting.
