**Summary:**

Global Response Operations (GRO) is seeking a Workforce Planning & Management Program Manager to drive key initiatives within our central Workforce Planning & Management team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across GRO to implement effective workforce management strategies, ensuring that all incoming demand is accurately assessed and prioritized.
