**Job Description Summary:**
The Workforce Planning and People Data Senior Analyst will be responsible for transforming complex workforce data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements. They will design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting systems that empower the People team to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and diversity metrics.
