About the role
Due to continued growth, Contract Resources is seeking a proactive and organised Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our WA team. This role plays a key part in supporting our operations by coordinating workforce mobilisation and ensuring projects are resourced efficiently, compliantly, and on time. Working closely with Project Managers, Mobilisation Coordinators, Recruitment teams, and clients, you will manage the planning and movement of personnel across multiple projects, often within tight timeframes. This position includes planning, mobilisation, and operational support across different projects.
- Coordinate workforce mobilisation and demobilisation across multiple projects
- Book and manage travel through third‑party providers and client mobilisation portals
- Communicate travel arrangements and onsite requirements to employees
- Manage roster changes and last‑minute adjustments
- Liaise with clients and site contacts to ensure mobilisation deadlines are met
- Coordinate training, medicals, inductions, accommodation, and flights prior to mobilisation
- Ensure personnel are mobilised with the appropriate skills to meet project requirements
- Maintain compliance across CR and client portals, including qualifications and medical uploads
- Support Project Managers with workforce planning and resourcing advice
- Work closely with Workforce Planning, Mobilisation, and Recruitment teams
Requirements & Experience Needed
- Experience in workforce planning, mobilisation, or resource coordination
- Proven ability to manage high‑volume mobilisation within tight deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Full Australian working rights
