The Opportunity

Downer's Energy & Utilities business is seeking a Workforce Planning Lead to join our People and Culture team. This role is pivotal in supporting workforce planning and engagement across the Industrial & Energy East portfolio. You will oversee resourcing, compliance, and workforce engagement, ensuring operational excellence and a positive employment experience for our casual workforce.

Your focus will include delivering quality‑driven processes, maintaining compliance, enhancing team engagement, and developing team capabilities through coaching, training, and effective workload management.

This is a full‑time permanent opportunity that will be based out of our Milton, Brisbane office with flexible working and WFH opportunities available.
