    The Nurse/Midwife to Patient Ratio (NMTP Ratio) project has been established to lead the design of a NMTP Ratio model for the South Australia public sector, draft NMTP ratio legislation and support system transition and implementation.


    The Principal Project Officer leads project organisation and provides project management and support to the Strategic Industrial Relations & Policy team within the Department of Health and Wellbeing. Comprising professional, industrial, legislative and project management expertise, the NMTP Team is responsible for the development of a South Australian public sector NMTP Ratios model, draft legislation, informing transition to the new model and guiding full implementation.
