Workforce Software Consultant

LIXIL is seeking an experienced
Workforce Software Consultant (internally known as HRIS Application Specialist)
to support and enhance the stability, performance, and efficiency of its HR systems.

This role offers the opportunity to work on global HRIS initiatives within a complex, international environment, taking ownership of system configuration, support, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As a Workforce Management Consultant, you will independently configure, troubleshoot, and optimise HR systems, with a strong focus on UKG Pro / Kronos or SAP HCM Time solutions. You will act as a technical expert, resolving escalated issues, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring data integrity across global HR platforms.

You will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders worldwide, contributing to enterprise-wide HR system projects that support business operations across multiple regions.
