Job Description

S.i. System's client is looking for a Workforce Software Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors workforce management capabilities to support clients in optimizing time, attendance, scheduling, and related HR processes.

12 month contract - high chance of extension - 37.5 hours/week - Remote across Canada but will need to travel to Vancouver occasionally 

MUST HAVES:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with WorkForce Software, including configuration, integrations and reporting.
  • Certification: WFS Certification in Configuration / Integration Specialist
  • Demonstrates understanding of workforce management processes: time rules, scheduling, compliance, shift patterns, accruals, union requirements.
  • Experience integrating WFS with HRIS/Payroll/ERP (SAP preferred) using APIs, middleware, or file-based interfaces.

  • Proficiency in Spanish
