Workforce Solutions Manager (IT)

We are looking for an experienced Lead US IT Recruiter with 7–10 years of experience to join our growing Hyderabad team. This is a lead role that combines hands-on delivery ownership with mentorship responsibilities.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

- 7–10 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment

- Ability to mentor and manage a team of 5–6 recruiters

- Strong hands-on experience working with VMS accounts.

- Consistent track record of maintaining a strong pipeline across multiple requirements

- Comfortable handling complex/niche roles as an individual contributor

- Expertise in sourcing via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter & vendor networks

- Excellent communication skills with strong delivery focus and urgency
