Position : Recruitment Specialist

Location : Chennai - ECR -Neelangarai

Levels : Trainee Consultant / Consultant / Associate Consultant

Exp : 1 to 10 years.


Purpose of job:


The job holder will need to lead the Recruitment Operations by managing the team and provide effective guidance. Should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Responsible for understanding the client and fulfil their recruitment needs by providing suitable profiles on a timely manner. Focusing on closures thru which achieving the team targets are essential for this role.
