Job Description

Responsible for developing and executing strategic workforce plans that align talent supply with business demand. This role serves as a bridge with HR, Retail Operations, Finance, and business leaders to ensure workforce capabilities support organizational agility, growth and competitiveness. Responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to inform headcount planning, skills development, and organizational capability strategies to ensure the organization has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.   • Forecast future workforce needs based on business growth, transformation initiatives, and external labor market trends.
