A leading BPO company is seeking a Workforce Team Leader who will manage staffing and workforce operations. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service within the BPO/BPM sector, as well as a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. The role involves creating forecasts, monitoring schedules, and ensuring optimal staff levels. A Bachelor's degree is required. This position is based onsite in Alabang and may involve shifting schedules.
