Working Foreman – Small Works Refurbishment & Fit-Out (Central London, Zones 1-2)
Location: Central London, Zones 1 and 2
Rate: £220 per day (Ltd/Umbrella)
Contract: Immediate start | Fixed Term Contract (Rolling or Potential Permanent)
Are you a hands-on Working Foreman with experience in small works refurbishment and fit-out projects? We’re looking for an experienced, driven individual to join a dynamic team delivering projects of up to £100k across Central London. This is a client-facing, fast-paced role where your ability to manage multiple projects, liaise with clients, and get stuck in on the tools will be key.

This isn’t your typical sit-behind-the-desk management job. We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable rolling up their sleeves on site as they are managing subbies, speaking with clients, and keeping projects on track.
