Job Description
As part of the Accounting team, our Non-Merchandise Payables Team is responsible for accounts payable management for non-trade goods and ensures proper accounting in accordance with HGB and IFRS. In addition, the team actively drives the digitalization and optimization of accounts payable processes.
As a Working Student Accounting (m/f/d), you will support the handling of business transactions in accounts payable and general ledger accounting (non-merchandise). You will work closely with a young, dynamic team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Responsibilities
Processing various accounts payable transactions
Reviewing and coding incoming invoices in Coupa
Support with processing the invoice inboxes
Processing and reconciling open items
Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure a smooth invoice approval process
