About your tasks:

  • Supporting the Accounts Receivable team with administrative and operational tasks

  • Processing incoming payments and credit notes, including accurate allocation and documentation

  • Assisting in reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies

  • Maintaining data in internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Responding to standard inquiries regarding payments and account balances from internal and external contacts

  • Supporting ad-hoc tasks to help reduce the team’s workload and improve processes
