Join Iberdrola’s Offshore Wind O&M team and contribute to Europe’s energy transition! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student to support Contract Managers in two key areas:
Tendering O&M scopes for EU Hub Offshore Wind Farms
Executing O&M contracts to ensure compliance and operational excellence
You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to track deliverables, validate obligations, and maintain accurate documentation—playing a vital role in the smooth operation of offshore wind assets.
Key Responsibilities
Tendering Support:
+ Maintain dashboards, reporting tools for tender status and registers
+ Assist in pre-tender preparation and documentation
+ Administer tender processes via the iBuy platform
+ Maintain tender records and track supplier responses
+ Prepare summaries and checklists for regular tender meeting
+ Identify and support potential suppliers to register within SAP and Iberdrola’s tendering portal, iBuy
Contract Execution Support:
+ Maintain dashboards, reporting tools for contract execution status and registers
+ Support Contract Managers in the day-to-day management of the contract execution
+ Maintain contract execution records and support digital transition
+ Participate in the meetings with the suppliers where necessary
Candidate Profile
+ Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Law, or Renewable Energy
+ Strong interest in contract management, procurement, or renewable energy operations
+ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
+ Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Comfortable working with structured documentation and legal/commercial terminology
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with SAP, MS Teams and document management systems (Aconex, ProjectWise) is a plus
+ Fluent in English; Spanish, German, or French is an advantage
