Your tasks:


  • Support in maintaining and enriching Veeva Vault ( global regulatory tool)

  • Ensure data consistency and quality

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Product Safety, R&D, IT)

  • Perform data validation, clean-up, and documentation tasks

    • Responsible for: Scientific studies management in Veeva Vault

    Your profile:

  • University degree in biology, chemistry, or life science

  • Solution-driven, structured working style with a passion for digital tools

  • Fluent in English

  • German or additional languages are a plus

  • It would be of advantage if the candidate has a general understanding of global regulatory bodies like ECHA, EFSA, EPA

  • MS Office incl. MS Teams
