What your role will be

  • User Support & Engagement: Acting as the first point of contact for our community, resolving inquiries regarding their accounts and platform features.
  • Issue Documentation & Resolution: Collaborating with the Product and Operations teams to document recurring user issues and ensure timely technical fixes.
  • Market & Community Insights: Conducting research on user feedback and community trends to help improve our support resources and FAQ documentation.
  • Process Optimization: Improving communication workflows to ensure a high-quality experience for every user.
  • What we want to see in you

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Business, Humanities, or a related field.
  • Experience: Concluded min. 6 months of internship or working student experience in a customer-facing role, hospitality, (fintech) startup, or a similar service-oriented environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics. High level of empathy, patience, and attention to detail when handling user requests.
  • Mindset: A proactive, "people-first" attitude and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.
