Currently, we are looking for you as
Working Student - Data Management
You support the Data Management Department by actively participating in shaping internal data analysis for our international clients. As a participant in internal projects, you develop solution proposals for innovative approaches in coordination with our departments and other branches, always with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction. This position offers one year contract with a commitment of 20 hours per week, allowing you to gain valuable experience while contributing to our innovative team.
Your mission:
• Maintaining the database by entering new data and updating existing records
• Conducting quality control by verifying and comparing data lists
• Assisting with ongoing database maintenance tasks
• Generating reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
• Providing support for daily operational activities
**Candidate skills & requirements**
Your skills & qualifications:
• Proficiency in database management and data entry
• Strong attention to detail for quality control
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI
• Basic knowledge of VBA programming or similar tools
• Good organizational skills and a structured approach to tasks
• A positive and collaborative attitude with effective communication skills in English
