**What you'll do**
+ Be the Event and Tour support of our SAP Discovery Showroom onsite in Walldorf
+ Organize events, guided tour and similar activities with SAP customers and employees
+ Keep track of tour numbers and help the team stay informed with regular reports
+ Streamline the booking process to improve the overall customer journey
+ Derive feedback from events and tours and implement changes
