Group Performance Steering (GPS) is a central holding department in Allianz SE and reports directly to the Group CFO.

The role stretches from finance and steering to strategy and operations, allowing comprehensive insights into strategically relevant topics during the management dialogues. From sales to claims you will get meaningful insights in activities along the full value chain of our insurance companies, transversal responsibilities and global projects.
