Corporate Compliance within Group Compliance is responsible for the overall policy framework for Regulatory Compliance and Market Integrity as well as for providing advice and oversight to support the Allianz Group's prevention of compliance violations in this areas.

The Market Integrity Team within Corporate Compliance is responsible for maintaining the Capital Markets Compliance framework for Allianz Group and provides guidance to Allianz SE and its subsidiaries to facilitates adherence to the respective laws (e.g., EU Market Abuse Regulation).
