We are looking for a committed and motivated working student to join our Back Office team.
In this role, you will support the organization and coordination of our internal processes, with a particular focus on customer training activities and our consulting team.
Your Responsibilities:
Planning and coordinating customer training sessions, including scheduling and resource allocation for our consultants
Preparing and sending training invitations, as well as managing schedule adjustments
Handling incoming telephone calls from customers, suppliers, and partners
Organizing and maintaining our webinar sessions
Processing incoming correspondence via the central email inbox
Arranging business travel, including hotel and train bookings
Your Profile:
A structured, reliable and communicative approach to work
Proficient user of MS Office applications
Professional and courteous telephone manner
Strong organizational skills and an enthusiasm for coordination tasks
