Read job description in: Assist with planning and coordinating events, trade shows, roadshows, training events and partner activations Assist with trade marketing activities, including coordinating partner materials and supporting promotional initiatives Manage and update marketing assets and archives, ensuring materials are organized Assist in marketing communications by creating content for partner update newsletters Manage merchandise and marketing inventory, ensuring timely distribution and stock replenishment Provide administrative support by preparing presentations, reports, and maintaining marketing documentation Support market research by collecting insights on competitors and customer needs Coordinate administrative tasks, including schedule management and general support
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with event coordination or trade marketing. Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, or similar platforms). Interest in the coffee industry is a plus!
