Job Description

What your role will be

  • Finance Support: Assisting with preliminary accounting tasks, including the organization of invoices and expense management.
  • Office Management: Ensuring a vibrant and functional office environment by managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and acting as the central point of contact for office needs.
  • Event Management: Supporting the planning and execution of internal team events.
  • HR & People: Assisting with administrative HR tasks, such as scheduling interviews for candidates or supporting the onboarding process for new hires.

What we want to see in you

  • Education: You are either currently enrolled in a degree program (Business, HR, Finance, or similar) or you have prior experience in backoffice roles.
