Job Description

Workplace and Admin Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office environment, including logistics coordination, procurement, and administrative support. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace that meets ISO standards and ensuring full compliance with city safety regulations and local ordinances. Key responsibilities include managing access and security protocols, optimizing office space utilization, and making sure employees have the tools and resources they need to perform at their best.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in people operations, facilities management, logistics, or procurement.
  • Familiarity with workplace management best practices, workplace safety regulations, and compliance standards (OSH).
  • Knowledge of procurement software and tools is preferred.
