At Alvea Soluciones Tecnológicas , we are looking for a Workplace / Citrix Support Engineer to join our team on a permanent contract , working in a hybrid model in Madrid .

Location: Madrid (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

What you’ll do
  • Provide user support and participate in service meetings in English (spoken and written).
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 / Windows 11 environments.
  • Work with Windows Server and Active Directory .
  • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation.
  • Support Citrix CAVD / VDI environments (VDI concepts, Provisioning, Citrix Director).
  • Manage user profiles using FSLogix and UPM .
  • Understand and troubleshoot issues related to networking and firewalls , coordinating with relevant teams.
