Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Salary: 52-58K




Position Overview


The Workplace Coordinator plays a vital role in shaping the day-to-day employee and visitor experience at Stripe. As a frontline workplace ambassador, you will ensure our office operates smoothly, efficiently, and with a hospitality-first mindset. This role blends facilities coordination, service delivery, and employee support—serving as a trusted point of contact for all workplace-related needs.


You will partner closely with internal teams and external service providers to maintain an exceptional, safe, and welcoming environment while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the workplace experience.




What You’ll Do


Workplace Operations & Service Delivery




  • Manage daily workplace and facilities operations to ensure a seamless office experience




  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other facility services




  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace-related inquiries and service requests




  • Process, track, and resolve workplace service requests efficiently




  • Conduct regular facility inspections and quality assurance checks




Employee & Visitor Experience




  • Act as a welcoming, professional workplace ambassador for employees and visitors




  • Support visitor management and reception services




  • Assist with onboarding new employees related to workplace services and office resources




  • Coordinate meeting room setups, events, and special workplace arrangements




  • Manage catering and food service for meetings and office events




Space, Inventory & Vendor Coordination




  • Coordinate office space changes, including moves, adds, and workstation updates




  • Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies, furniture, and workplace essentials




  • Maintain accurate records of workplace assets and inventory




  • Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure service excellence




Projects, Metrics & Continuous Improvement




  • Support workplace projects and improvement initiatives




  • Monitor and report on workplace service metrics and performance indicators




  • Identify and recommend enhancements to workplace experience, efficiency, and service quality




  • Support sustainability initiatives and workplace wellness programs




  • Assist with emergency response procedures and business continuity activities






Required Qualifications




  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field




  • 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, office management, or a similar role




  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills




  • Experience managing service requests and resolving issues effectively




  • Working knowledge of facility operations and workplace services




  • Proficiency with workplace management systems and Microsoft Office applications




  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (local language where applicable)




  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment




  • Experience coordinating with vendors or service providers




  • Familiarity with inventory management and space coordination






Preferred Qualifications




  • Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification or equivalent




  • Experience in technology companies or corporate office environments




  • Background in hospitality, service management, or workplace experience roles




  • Knowledge of office health and safety requirements




  • Experience with continuous improvement or process optimization




  • Event coordination or meeting management experience




  • Exposure to space planning or move management




  • Knowledge of sustainable workplace practices




  • Project coordination or implementation experience




  • Experience supporting workplace technology systems




  • Understanding of local building operations and requirements






Working Environment




  • Based on-site at office during regular business hours




  • Requires standing and walking for extended periods




  • Involves light physical activity (moving small furniture, handling supplies)




  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
