Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Designer with a strong design sensibility and a global perspective to contribute to the design and delivery of workplace and corporate interior projects. The role involves developing design concepts, leading design development, and translating workplace strategies into well-resolved, buildable design solutions.

This position requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and an understanding of workplace design principles, interior construction practices, and global project delivery standards across EMEA and North America .

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Design & Concept Development

• Develop workplace design concepts aligned with client objectives, brand identity, and ways of working.
• Translate workplace strategies into spatial planning, layouts, and interior design solutions.
• Contribute to design narratives, mood boards, and presentation material.

Design Development & Authoring

• Lead design development from concept through detailed design stages.
• Produce design drawings, layouts, and presentation packages using Revit and SketchUp.
• Ensure design intent is carried through all project stages with clarity and consistency.

Standards & Best Practices

• Apply knowledge of workplace standards, interior design principles, and delivery practices across EMEA and North America.
• Support alignment with regional codes and compliance requirements, including accessibility and sustainability standards, in coordination with EMEA and North America project teams.

Design Integration & Coordination

• Lead design integration across interior, architecture, structure, and MEPF systems using BIM tools.
• Develop detailed technical designs , construction documentation, and spatial visualizations.
• Ensure coordination of integrated elements such as acoustics, lighting, branding, and AV/IT.
• Conduct quality checks and audits for design and documentation accuracy.
• Manage integration of building services with design elements.
• Support integration of interior elements such as finishes, furniture, lighting, and branding.
• Respond to design-related queries during project delivery.

Project Management

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor workflows, report progress, and implement process improvements.
• Support risk identification, quality management, and project close-out activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related discipline.

Experience:

• 6–8 years of professional experience in workplace or commercial interior design.
• Proven experience delivering projects within EMEA and/or North America .
• Strong understanding of workplace strategy, spatial planning, and user-centred design.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like Autodesk Revit & SketchUp experience with visualization using Enscape from both software is essential.
• Extensive experience of tools like Navisworks, Trimble Connect, and ACC/BIM 360 for clash coordination.
• Expertise in technical drawings & construction documentation for interior project across EMEA & North America.

• Strong design thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and regions.
• Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple design tasks simultaneously.
