Based at corporate reception, in our Melbourne (Collins Street) office, we are looking for a person who enjoys a challenge, understands what a good customer experience looks like and can grow meaningful connections that will allow our workforce and guests to feel not only acknowledged, but provided with a true sense of belonging.This integral position ensures the smooth running of our AEMO offices both locally and nationally, ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience when visiting our sites and leave with a positive impression of our AEMO Brand. What you will be doing Answering calls on a busy reception, responding to staff queries
Events management including meeting room coordination, event set up and set down, and managing catering requests
Greeting staff, visitors & accepting deliveries
Overseeing requests via the mailbox/MS Teams
Workplace, Front of House/Concierge/Catering
