This role sits at the intersection of operations, employee experience, and leadership support, and is highly hands-on, with a strong focus on prioritisation, reliability, and delivery.

You will work closely with employees, leadership, and external partners to ensure smooth office operations, consistent workplace standards, and well-executed employee experience initiatives across locations.
