Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Facility Management, you will be responsible for all general workplace facilities and administrative services, including but not limited to:

  • General maintenance and upkeep of the office premises (monthly cleaning, aircon servicing and carpet shampooing)
  • Liaison with building management and vendors on all office maintenance and repair work
  • Sourcing and procurement of all office fixed assets, pantry supplies etc.
  • In charge of office security such as issuance of access cards, key registration and safety processes
  • Attending meetings/briefings organized by building management
  • Managing mail room services such as retrieval, collection and distribution of documents/incoming correspondences
  • Update company SOP and involve in Business Continuity Plan
  • Provide support during audit and any other office administration duties
